Room service was great, food mediocre and very small menu and not available very late if ordering any day but Friday & Saturday. Mind you this was a whirlpool suite on the 14th floor vs the basic room! Basic rooms have the Flintstone-like beds as well from past exp. No idea what the hideabed would consist of yet maybe we should have took the hideabed mattress and put it atop the main bed! Lol. There is no reason the carpeted floor should feel more appealing than the bed! The sofa was bizzare and uncomfortable as well. Mystic Lake Hotel should be called the Hard Rock Hotel.
