We certainly won't be back although we loved the hotel. Glad we didn't get a loyalty card because it would be a waste. You must cash out individually at each table. It's important for whoever has always played that the way the chips work at this casino is different than anywhere else. He even acted annoyed like we did something wrong when we just didn't know. We were going to use the $115 to play with but we got scammed.
He wouldn't even check the security cameras (8:53 pm 7/3 for the record) or confirm with the dealer from table 3 the night before that they were in fact worth $5 each. That's $1 for each chip even though minimum chips are worth $5 anyways. This is where the 1 star comes in- The supervisor in charge refused to honor the fact that each chip was $5 and gave us back only $23. The dealer said we couldn't play with the chips we had because each table had specific chips and we had to exchange them since table 3 was closed. We ended up coming back in the afternoon the next day. He took his chips with all of the intention of coming back. He put in $100 at table '3' and played for about five minutes before I came down and met with him and our group.
My husband went to the roulette tables last night while I was finishing getting ready for my sister’s 30th birthday dinner.
